General & Specialized Warehousing
Three of the buildings comprising some 9,900 square metres or 92,000 square feet are employed in general warehousing services for auto parts, canned goods, aluminum sows and assorted other materials. Two of these three buildings are rail served and can be heated and all three are equipped with truck loading/unloading bays.
The fourth building is a state-of-the-art warehouse specifically designed to handle high value steel products such as galvanized, galvanealed, cold rolled, pickled and oiled, usually in coil.
Climate-Controlled Steel Warehouse
The building is heated and has an air handling system to control climatic
conditions. It is equipped with two 35 KT or 77,000 pound overhead
cranes that employ “man saver” attachments and padded “C” hooks to
provide the best possible protection against handling damage.
The coils are placed in neoprene “saddles” to guard against floor scuffing.
Steel can be shipped or received by truck or rail with all loading / unloading
operations conducted in the building.
The inventory is maintained in a computerized system that is EDI-capable.
Access to these premises is available by water, truck or rail.
