“Cross docking” services between trucks and rail cars with short term inside
storage available in our rail-served warehouses.
Recently, Morterm received, warehoused, marshalled and dispatched an
entire paint line destined for Chrysler Canada’s Windsor operations. The
scope of this project required the de-stuffing of hundreds of sea
containers. Additionally, Morterm has received, stored and subsequently
shipped very large quantities of sugar in one-tonne tote bags.
Steel Storage & Handling
Steel handling services with outside cranes and lift trucks as well as inside
overhead cranes is a specialty of Morterm Limited with large capacity
outside storage areas available.
These services have been used by railways, trucking companies and a large
number of individual companies.
