Company Profile

Morterm Limited is located on the Detroit River in Windsor, Ontario, directly across the International Boundary from Detroit, Michigan.
The Company provides a range of material handling services including stevedoring, steel storage and handling, warehousing for an array of goods, including project cargoes, bulk products and trans-shipment operations for steel and other industrial products.
Morterm Limited is ideally located in the industrial heartland of Southwestern Ontario and immediately adjacent to Detroit. As well, the large market areas of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana are short truck hauls away.
The terminal is about 1 km from the E.C. Row Expressway which gives good access to the Ontario 401 highway system and the Ambassador Bridge, the busiest gateway between Canada and the United States.
Morterm Limited is served by the Essex Terminal Railway which connects with CN Rail, CPKC Rail, Norfolk Southern and CSX Transportation allowing the users of the terminal facilities to access the entire Canadian, American and Mexican railway networks.
The marine facilities of Morterm Limited permit the loading and discharging of cargoes to and from any vessels able to operate within the St. Lawrence Seaway system.
